    How many SME's are wasting time employing full time staff. Why are you putting all your eggs into one basket. Your skills set is reduced by possibly more than 30%...that is high for a growing company.

    Efficiency and cost cutting measures may not necessarily be the answer. Employ staff who are at the cutting edh=ge of NOW...part time workers who get out there and mingle and bring energy into a company. refreshing, vibrant, breathing....but if you have a story to tell about temporary workers then please feel free to speak...

    But,,,that being said we do ofcoarse love full time staff as they are reliable and, and, and, and consistent, and, and, and, trustworthy. But remember what was said about fraud. Its normally the people who you know for years doing the same job day in day out who commit the crimes. I remember reading an article a few years back now about an auditing company whose secretary stole huge sums of money...but the firm was too embarrassed over the incident to press charges. Please put me out of my misery and let me know which company it was and if it was the secretary...I dont name companies on my website.
